HOW TO REACH YOUR GOALS
Okay, we may have scolded you, so you’re thinking I have the motivation, I have the clothes, what now? We’re going to give you three steps to get you started to unlock your potential.

1. NO ONE CAN DO IT FOR YOU
Waking up and choosing to do something for yourself can only be done by one person: yourself. It all starts in your head. You can do it, you can push yourself, you can achieve your goals. By changing your mindset, you are one step closer. The only bad workout is the one you don’t do, so show up for yourself.

2. PREP YOUR WORKOUT THE NIGHT BEFORE
Put your clothes, preferably something you feel good in, and have your bag packed before you go to bed. This is already putting in your mind that you will do it, there is no excuse. Prep any pre-workout or protein powder, so it’s easy to grab and go. If feasible, plan your workouts to be first thing in the morning. By waking up early, you aren’t disturbing your usual schedule during the day, but adding in time for yourself. As well, it sets the tone for the day which is proven to enhance productivity throughout the day.

3. DISCIPLINE IS KEY
At the end of the day, you can’t wish for this perfect physique, you have to work for it. Create a plan and follow it, not your mood. You could be tired, lazy, angry, or unmotivated, but do it for your future self. Be uncomfortable for one hour to see the results later.
