OBTAIN A RETURN LABEL
Once your return is approved, you will receive a pre-paid return label (RL) via email.
PREPARE YOUR PACKAGE
Carefully repack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags and labels. Drop off your package to the according shipping carrier store.
PROCESSING YOUR RETURN
Once we receive your returned package and verify that it meets our return policy, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will typically be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
